As a follow-up to many recent posts about taking on the big city with my little dude, I thought it might be helpful to share how exactly we make our treks happen. Alas, if you are looking for some tips on how to make it across the Hudson — with one child or more — without losing your mind, you might find my latest post to the Mommy Nearest blog helpful.
The tips outlined are a compilation of input from a few suburban New Jersey mothers, but the advice is adaptable if you live in Westchester, Connecticut or the outer boroughs as well. You’ll also find mom a la mode tested and approved subway routes that are stroller accessible and links to a helpful app for cheap parking.
