Coming Up: St. Joseph’s Hospital 9th Annual Cooking for Kids Event

St. Joseph’s Hospital is hosting its 9th annual “Gourmet Fare from Everywhere: Cooking for Kids” event at Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, New Jersey — an event I’ve attended the past few years and look forward to heading back on April 19th.

An evening complete with exquisite cuisine, food and wine tastings, assorted brews, a student chef competition and much more. And above all — an amazing, amazing cause: every bite benefits the St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.

Among the exhibiting chefs will be:

• Fox’s Master Chef Juniors contestant and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, MR. CORY of Cory’s Cookies in Englewood NJ
• Food Network’s Chopped winner CHEF MICHAEL CARRINO – Co-Chair of Pig & Prince Restaurant & Gastro Lounge in Montclair, NJ
• Food Network’s Chopped contestant CHEF RYAN DEPERSIO of Fascino in Montclair, NJ, Battello in Jersey City, NJ­­, and NICO Kitchen+Bar at NJPAC in Newark, NJ
• Bravo TV’s Top Chef contestant CHEF ARIANE DUARTE of Ariane Kitchen and Bar in Verona, NJ
• Food Network’s Sweet Genius contestant CHEF COLLEEN GRAPES of Oceana in New York, NY
• Food Network’s Chopped winner CHEF ERIC LeVINE of Morris Tap & Grill in Randolph, NJ and Paragon Tap & Table in Clark, NJ
• Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen contestant CHEF ANTON TESTINO of Axton’s in Pompton Lakes

and many other celebrity chefs including a live cooking competition between student chefs during the VIP Reception!
